The Royal Cape Golf Club, South Africa’s oldest, was designed by Dr. Charles Molteno Murray in 1885. Over the years, it’s seen various redesigns and enhancements, most notably by Charles Alison in the 1920s, to keep pace with modern golfing standards.
Located in Cape Town, this 18-hole championship course offers breathtaking views of Table Mountain. You’ll find well-manicured kikuyu fairways, bentgrass greens, and a variety of water features and strategically placed bunkers. It’s a classic parkland layout that offers both challenge and reward, with narrow fairways, subtle doglegs, and well-protected greens demanding precision and strategy. At Royal Cape, the only thing higher than your score will be your enjoyment.
