Agent and Concierge Partners

If your clients travel privately and Africa is on their list, we would like to work with you. Every Ascot Private journey is open to registered travel advisors and concierge services; Scott takes you through the terms. Your client stays your client. We design the trip with you, Scott reviews it, and a Journey Architect is on call to you and your client around the clock from confirmation until they are home.

Ascot Tours has worked through agents for thirty years, so we know how this should run.

What partners receive

• Every journey is commissionable to accredited advisors; Scott gives you the terms when you write.
• A named Journey Architect who deals with you directly.
• A full briefing on the collection, the aircraft and the lodges.
• The printed Ascot Private Journal for your clients.
• Priority on your clients' preferred dates, within our twenty-four parties a year.

We work with independent advisors and private concierge services.
